Daily Hunt & Gather

Daily Hunt & Gather (DH&G) is a food truck concept that partners with a different, featured chef each day to build a simple farm-driven menu based on the seasonally available foods from the city’s farmers’ market(s).

Mother Sponge developed the DH&G concept for a competition curated by GOOD magazine. Although we did not win the contest, the model we developed has generated some strong interest. Some day soon you might find yourself dining from the constantly evolving farm+chef driven menu of a DH&G food truck!
